While you wouldn't be able to do this with the Maps app, there may be third-party apps on the App Store than can take GPX imports. You can always leave feedback here: Product Feedback.

Aktualizace aplikace Mapy.cz přináší možnost exportovat trasu ve formátu GPX a přenést ji do aplikace Garmin Connect Mobile, resp. do kompatibilních přístrojů Garmin (hodinek či cyklocomputerů). Import dat ve formátu GPX do Map.cz je velice jednoduchý – stačí přetáhnout soubor myší nad okno prohlížeče s otevřenou webovou aplikací. Další možnost vede přes nabídku Moje mapy v pravém postranním panelu, kde je k dispozici tlačítko Importovat GPX, či přes kontextovou nabídku.

Just from internal memory folder using command "send by" and I've chosen bluetooth and destination - Garmin Edge (BT). Smartphone started sending but result was failure.
