Just wondering if i was to fit a set of Mondeo MK3 or Focus alloys to my MK4 Tit X would i need to be concerned about the difference with the offset? Mondeo MK4 has an offset of 55 Mondeo MK3/Focus has an offset if 52.5 If i was to fit a wheel with an offset of 60 for example i would in theory need a 5mm spacer to bring it back to ET55.

The MK4 Mondeo alloys are 55 offset. Put the hub (remove ABS sensor) in the oven on full heat for 1 hour , then you can just drop the new bearing into the hub , also use wet rags for cooling to avoid LTU8.
