Sex and love are important parts of people's lives and it feels a little strange to me when an RPG, especially one like Pillars, never shows that part of its characters. I think some of the negative opinions over romance options may be due to games that get it wrong. Fallout 4 comes to mind immediately when it comes to terrible romance options.
