The 2023 Mercedes-AMG GLA-class is a dual threat, starting with the 302-hp GLA35 and ratcheting up to the fiery 382-hp GLA45, both based on the low-energy GLA250.
The GLA 250 features the same 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder with 208 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque. The tuning is slightly different, but it worked nicely with the seven-speed twin
Prices start at $31,300 for the (not yet available) front-wheel-drive GLA 250, with 4Matic all-wheel drive adding $2,000. The hot-rod GLA 45 AMG version starts at $48,300. It's entirely possible

Fuel Economy. The GLA 250 employs a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine rated at 208 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. This goes to the front wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch automated manual transmission (it works like an automatic). The engine also has a stop-start function to save fuel while idling.
